If the goods can be re-stocked you can action an R.M.A via your account using you email and password to log in.
In the returns section you will be able to see all the items you have ordered with in the last 10 days. No goods Will be accepted outside of this time period.
A re-stocking and re-boxing charge will be applied to any refund or credit note given.

19. RETURNS - No returned goods will be accepted for credit without prior permission from the company, the company policy is to issue a credit for the amount less the handling and re-boxing charges. This credit can be used against any future purchases. A 20% handling charge of the invoice price or a minimum charge of £25 whichever is the greater to cover re-stocking and administration costs. Where there is a justifiable complaint against the quality of the goods a full refund will be issued. Carriage to be paid by the sender. No refunds or credit will be given for used products unless they are faulty.
