- I cant remember my password or I can't login, what should I do?
If for some reason you can not login you will need to reset your password. To reset your password from the login box select the forgotten password link you will then be asked to provide the email address that your account is registered to. Once you have done this your password will be reset and you will be emailed a copy of your new password. If you do not receive the email you should check your spam folder. Once you have received your new password you can then login with it and change it to something more memorable through the “personal setting” section of the “my account” area of the site
